To celebrate my 80th year, I curated an audio series of meditations and reflections, all drawn from original writings of mine set to music. I call the series: The Legacy Series: Musings and Meditations with Dr. Judith Rich.
The Legacy Series is a set of 9 audio meditations based on my original writing and set to music. From the Morning to the Evening Meditation and everything in between, these meditations are intended to meet you wherever you are and be a soul-soothing source of peace and comfort.
Reflecting back on my younger years, I always looked upon people in their 80’s as being really old. And generations ago, that was largely true. But now that I’ve crossed that threshold, I’m here to tell you that today’s 80 is the new 40. OK, well, maybe 50. Seriously, turning 80 this year has given me a whole new perspective on life. All these years of living in the context of transformation have brought me to a new horizon.
From here, with a larger perspective, I see that truly anything is possible. I feel even more engaged, curious and creative, with the added advantage of having more depth and wisdom to bring to my daily life. I’ve been inspired to “go back into the files” and re-engage with pieces of my writing that have never seen the light of day. These are pieces I wrote out of my own deep meditations. And now I want to share them with you.
